1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Delpa Group's website and logistics portal (the "Platform"), you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers who access any of our services.

The Platform combines an informational site about our freight forwarding and international logistics services with a portal offering digital tools. Through the Platform you can, among other features:

• Review information about our maritime, air, and land transport services, coverage, offices, and blog content.
• Request and manage transport and logistics service quotes through the quoting tool.
• Track containers and cargo.
• Check maritime and air schedules and land route planners.

3. Registration and user accounts

Some portal features require creating an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and keep it current.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of your access credentials and not share them with third parties.

6. Quotes and logistics services

The quotes, rates, transit times, and schedules displayed on the Platform are for reference and informational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer and may vary based on availability, market conditions, cargo characteristics, third-party surcharges, and operational factors. No service shall be deemed contracted until expressly confirmed by Delpa Group through the corresponding document or agreement. The provision of logistics services is further governed by specific contractual conditions and by the rules and practices applicable to international freight transport.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform —including text, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, software, and databases— is the property of Delpa Group or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited. Use of the Platform does not grant you any license over such content beyond permitted personal browsing and use.

8. Third-party links and services

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites or services (for example, tracking platforms, shipping lines, or authentication providers). We do not control or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Delpa Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
