Privacy Policy

8.1 Sign in with Google

When you sign in with Google, we access:

• Your email address to identify you on our platform.
• Your name to personalize your experience.
• Your profile picture (optional) to display on your account.

This data is used exclusively to create and manage your account at Delpa Group. We do not share this information with third parties for advertising purposes.

8.2 Google Calendar

If you authorize access to Google Calendar, we use this information to:

• Create events related to your shipments and meetings.
• Read your availability to schedule meetings.
• Synchronize important dates of your logistics operations.

Access to your calendar is optional and you can revoke it at any time from your Google account settings.

8.3 Storage and Security

• Google access tokens are stored securely and encrypted.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with third parties.
• You can revoke access at any time from your Google account: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

9.1 Data we access

With your authorization, through the LinkedIn APIs we access:

• Your administrator role over the Company Page you connect.
• The ability to publish content to your page on your behalf.
• Your page's posts and their performance metrics.
• Comments made on your page's posts.

We use this data solely for the publishing and analytics features you request. We do not use it for advertising outside your own page or for any other purpose.

9.2 Storage and Security

• LinkedIn access tokens are stored securely and encrypted.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your LinkedIn data with third parties, nor do we use it for advertising outside your own page.
• You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens.

10.1 Data we process in the app

When you use the app, we process the following data:

• Account: name, email address, phone number, password (stored encrypted) and country.
• Profile: address, ID number or RUT (Chilean tax ID) and profile photo, which you take with the camera or choose from your gallery only when you decide to.
• Company: the details of the company you link to your account.
• Operations: quotes, booking requests, orders and shipment tracking.
• Support: the support tickets you open.
• Device: the push notification token and technical device data (operating system and version, and app version).
• Sign in with Google or Apple: the name and email address provided by the provider. With Apple, that email may be a private relay address.
• Amanda assistant: your messages, the conversation history, your voice during calls, and your name, email address, role and country, which we use to personalize her answers.

10.2 Third parties that process data on our behalf

These providers process data on behalf of Delpa Group, only to deliver the service:

• Google: Google Sign-In (sign-in), Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications) and Google Places (address autocomplete).
• Apple: Sign in with Apple and the Apple Push Notification service.
• OpenAI: Amanda's text chat and backup for her voice calls.
• Google Gemini: voice calls with Amanda.
• Amazon Web Services: hosting, photo storage, and sending text messages (SMS) and emails.
• Carriers and shipping lines: only the shipment data needed to deliver the service.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The app does not track your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.

10.3 Amanda, AI assistant

• Amanda is only enabled after you accept the consent notice shown in the app. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Profile > Legal > AI assistant.
• Our servers do not store the content of your conversations with Amanda; we only keep usage counters.
• Voice call audio is processed in real time and is not recorded.
• OpenAI and Google process this data under their terms for API services.

10.4 Device permissions

The app may ask you for the following permissions:

• Camera: to take your profile photo.
• Photos: to choose your profile photo from your gallery.
• Microphone: for voice calls with Amanda.
• Notifications: to let you know the status of your shipments, bookings and tickets. We only send transactional notifications.

The app does not ask for access to your location. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.

10.5 Retention and account deletion

• We keep your data while your account is active.
• You can delete your account from the app, in Profile > Delete account. When you do, we immediately delete or anonymize your personal data: name, email address, phone number, address, ID number, photo, sessions and notification tokens.
• We keep, in anonymized form, the business records (quotes, bookings, orders and tickets) that the law requires us to retain for tax and accounting purposes.
